Conor McGregor's feud with Cowboy Cerrone is as one-sided as some of his fights

Round one to the Irish fighter.

CONOR MCGREGOR HAD an interesting night for himself in Vegas.

First, he had to be separated from Jose Aldo as the pair came face-to-face to promote their up-coming UFC 194 featherweight title bout.

Then, with McGregor looking beyond that fight and on to a proposed move up to the lighweight division, he got into a war of words with Donald ‘Cowboy’ Cerrone who is not at all impressed with the Irish man looking to saunter into his territory.

“Conor has no right coming up. There’s no way.

“He’s not gonna stand a chance. We’re too big for him; we’re too strong. So you can take your little English ass and get on.”

McGregor didn’t bite on the second half of Cerrone’s remark, instead choosing to focus the first:

“You’re too slow and too stiff.

“You’re as stiff as a board. I’d snap you in half. And that’s it. I see stiffness when I look in the 155-pound division. I feel like they’re stuck in the mud almost.

“The featherweights, they hit like flyweights, so it’s nice down there just destroying them and killing that whole division. But I have my eye on that 155 division and I see them all stuck in the mud in there. Have I been wrong yet?”
